Participation options
- Free participation for researchers includes virtual participation in the conference with the delivery of a digital presentation (created using PowerPoint or PDF) and publication in conference proceedings or in a journal. All digital presentations will be uploaded to Goldfield Publishing’s YouTube channel.
- Physical participation with physical presentation* – fee €800. A physical presentation includes the delivery of an oral conference presentation (created using PowerPoint or PDF) and publication in conference proceedings or in a journal.
*The organizers stipulate that physical participation in the conference will require a minimum of 30 physical participants.
Each participant (virtual or physical) will receive an official Conference participation certificate
Important dates
- 10th February – 10th March – participants’ registration
- 31st March – deadline for abstract submissions
- 28th April – deadline for presentation submissions
- 8th May – deadline for full paper submissions

Applications will be accepted only from institutional emails (please do not use private emails like gmail or similar). The number of places is limited. Qualification for participation in the conference is determined by the order in which applications are received.

Our mission is to support research results that will be open to everyone. The high-quality papers will be recommended for publication for free in one of the following open-access peer-reviewed journals:
- Multidisciplinary Journal of Engineering Sciences;
- Waste Management and Sustainable Production;
- Journal of Environmental and Energy Science.
- All other articles passing through a positive review will be published in conference proceedings.
Moreover, the conference presentations will be accessible on the organizer’s professional YouTube channel.
Conference Program
Virtual or physical participation (1-2 June 2023)
DAY 1 (1 June 2023)
Access to digital presentations on Thursday 1 June, 2023. Each participant will receive a link to view the pre-submitted virtual conference presentations.
DAY 2 (2 June 2023)
The Digital Programme consists of access to the conference materials with relevant abstracts to download for future reading on Friday 2 June, 2023. Q&A session.
Virtual participation includes access to a feed of submitted presentations and materials available only in online form with assigned eISSNs (for journals) and eISBNs (for post-conference monographs). A question and answer session will be conducted via the organiser or directly between participants.
Call for papers
Requirements for manuscripts to be submitted as part of the conference proceedings or journal publication opportunity
In order to include the publication into collected conference proceedings monograph “Engineering and Business Gold Sciences – 2023”, manuscripts must be submitted before 25th of May 2023 to e-mail address: conference@goldfieldsci.com
Manuscripts must be prepared in correct English (publications have to be checked for the correct language). The abstract should be 150-250 words long. There is no limit to the length of submitted manuscripts. By submitting the publication manuscript to the conference, the authors confirm that it is an original work of the authors and neither has been published previously nor is under consideration for publication elsewhere.
